Chicken salad with tomato, lettuce and Swiss cheese, fruit garnish

 

SOUTHWESTERN STEAK SALAD

Lean sliced sirloin served on mixed greens with jicama, corn relish, grape tomatoes, avocado slices, cottage cheese and crispy tortilla strips

 

SALAD TRIO

Tuna salad, chicken salad and fruit salad served on

green leaf lettuce.
