Tournament Pricing

While pricing is always dependent upon the season, day of the week, time of day and size of field, Palmbrook Country Club pricing will always be fair and competitive within the Phoenix Golf Market. Food and Beverage

Palmbrook Country Club offers excellent food and beverage service in a wide range of meal options and prices, including a beverage cart on every nine holes of the golf course for your convenience. Arrangements for these services must be made in advance with our Tournament Coordinator.

Request Procedure

To secure your desired date and time please complete the enclosed Special Event/Outing Request Form along with a $200 deposit. This deposit will be credited to your account when calculating your final balance.

Final Player List

A final list of golf pairings and player names should be submitted to the golf shop four (4) days prior to the event date.

Dress Code

Palmbrook Country Club requires collared shirts for men, appropriate golf tops for women and soft spikes on the course at all times. No denim (jeans), tank tops or athletic sportswear will be allowed on the course. Please advise all players and volunteers of this policy.

Signage

Any course signage for your event must be free-standing and approved by the Tournament Coordinator. All necessary signage, stakes or ropes must be provided by the group. Palmbrook Country Club staff will facilitate signage on the course. Signage should be delivered 24 hours in advance of your event.

Facilities

Palmbrook Country Club offers a large putting green, chipping green, practice bunker and practice facilities. These facilities offer an outstanding option for pre-tournament practice, fun challenges and are the ideal option for fun team building events.

Our recently renovated clubhouse offers several private room options ranging from 16 people to over 250.

Deluxe Open Bar

A tab will be run during the entire tournament for all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages consumed by the guests both inside and on the beverage carts. The total tab will be applied to the final bill at the conclusion of the event and settled accordingly.

Drink Tickets

Drink tickets are charged per consumption and would be handed out by the tournament coordinator.

On-Course Options

Palmbrook Country Club strives to meet your every need. With portable bars, on- course kegs, on-course beverage carts, and much more Palmbrook Country Club is able to handle nearly any beverage request with regulation guidelines.

Gift Certificates

We offer gift certificates in any denomination. They make great prizes as golfers may choose from a variety of items in the golf shop.

Specialty & Logo Item Order

Special orders for any items with your organizations logo, including golf balls, shirts, hats, golf towels and golf bags will be happily accommodated. Our tournament coordinator has access to vendors offering a wide variety of products at tournament- friendly pricing. Orders for specialty and logo merchandise should be placed forty (40) days prior to your event date.
